To become a member of the 77th Infantry Division Reserve Officers Association Inc., you need to print out and complete the Military Bio and Application for Regular Membership  (meeting the qualification requirements as stated in the Application) and return it with your remittance of $50 in full payment of the one-time initiation fee to:
